How do I update my account details?

Log in to your dashboard, go to “Account Settings,” and update your profile, email, or business details anytime.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your password via email.

Can I have multiple team members on one account?

Currently, one email = one account. For larger teams, we suggest setting up a shared email for purchasing.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with an order?

First, message the supplier directly via your dashboard. If you need additional support, contact us at customerservice@maisonsource.com.

How do I delete my account?

If you’d like to close your account, please email customerservice@maisonsource.com and our team will assist.
