Can I return an item I purchased on Maison Source?

As Maison Source connects you directly with suppliers, return policies are set by each supplier. Please check the return terms listed on the product page before purchasing.

Refunds are processed by the supplier once the return is received and approved. The refund method will match your original payment method.

What if an item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact the supplier directly through your Maison Source dashboard within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos and details so the supplier can resolve it quickly.

Can custom orders be returned?

Customised or made-to-order items are generally non-refundable unless damaged or defective. These terms will always be stated on the product listing.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping responsibility depends on the supplier’s policy. Some suppliers cover costs for damaged/faulty goods, while others may require buyers to arrange and cover return shipping.

How long do I have to request a return?

Most suppliers require return requests within 7–14 days of delivery. Always review the supplier’s return policy on the product page before confirming your order.

What if the supplier and I can’t resolve an issue?
