We partner with a curated network of independent suppliers and artisans from around the world. As such, all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the individual brands you purchase from.

How Delivery Works

  • Shipping timelines and costs may vary depending on the supplier’s location and lead times.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page and during checkout.
  • If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, you will receive separate shipments.

International Orders

Our suppliers ship globally. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please allow for longer delivery times and be aware that customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from the supplier or our platform. If you haven’t received tracking within the estimated dispatch window, please contact us and we’ll follow up for you.

Delays and Issues

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery. However, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, courier issues, or peak demand. Should there be any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
